What is AI Agent Builders?
The store teaches members to run their own AI operators: self-hosted agents built around Hermes, a Second Brain style memory layer and Jarvis-style control surfaces. The free tier is the entry point, with a START HERE overview of how the pieces connect, starter SOUL.md files and prompt packs, a public forum and a general chat. The paid lab goes much further, with full template packs for SOUL, USER, MEMORY and AGENTS files, skills, cron jobs and verification, plus guides that move from installation and model choice through a gateway to a live, hardened channel.
Steven Shoaf opened the store on Whop in July 2025. Besides the community tiers, it sells hands-on services for people who would rather not set everything up alone, from an installation carried out for the buyer to a one-hour strategy call and a larger agent template package aimed at client work.

What the AI Operator Lab builds
The lab is organized around practical workflows rather than theory. Members can open with the Hermes setup or jump to a standalone build, for example ad creation, lead research, reel extraction, talking-head editing with Claude, or HyperFrames composition. Each workflow lists its prerequisites, tool costs, install or download status, test steps and known gaps, and paid group help is on hand for anyone who gets stuck. The team says new drops arrive weekly.
