These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Promo Drop website at promodrop.codes and the Promo Drop browser extension (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. What Promo Drop is
Promo Drop helps you find promo codes and cashback deals for products sold on Whop. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Whop. “Whop” and other product names are the property of their respective owners.
2. Promo codes & savings
We work hard to verify that codes function and to keep listings current (see How We Verify Codes). However, promo codes are offered by third parties and can expire, be withdrawn, or change at any time. We therefore cannot guarantee that any code will work at the moment you use it, or that any particular discount or saving will be available. Codes are provided “as is.”
3. Cashback
Where a working code isn’t available, cashback may be offered on eligible products. Cashback is funded by the affiliate commission we earn and is only available on products for which we are an affiliate. Cashback is paid after a qualifying purchase completes and clears, subject to verification. Eligibility, amounts, and timing may vary, and we reserve the right to decline cashback in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, returns, or chargebacks.
4. How we make money (affiliate links)
Promo Drop is free to use. We earn a commission through the Whop affiliate program: when you take an action to get a benefit (such as copying a promo code, requesting cashback, or clicking through to browse), an affiliate parameter may be added to your Whop link, at no extra cost to you. We do not apply it indiscriminately on every page, and we do not overwrite another party’s existing referral unless you actively take a discount or cashback through us.
5. Accounts
Some features (such as savings tracking) require an optional account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must provide a valid email address, and you must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Whop’s terms;
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute our code database or content in bulk without permission;
- Attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service;
- Abuse the cashback program through fraud, fake purchases, or manipulation.
7. Intellectual property
The Promo Drop name, logo, website, extension, and original content are owned by Promo Drop and protected by applicable law. You may not use our branding without written permission.
8. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Promo Drop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from expired or non-functioning codes, unavailable cashback, or your use of any third-party site (including Whop). Your sole remedy if you’re unhappy with the Service is to stop using it.
9. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Promo Drop is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
