What is eCom Email Certified?
eCom Email Certified teaches retention marketing for direct to consumer and ecommerce brands. The training covers email flows, campaigns and SMS, and it is designed to work with any email service provider, including Klaviyo, Omnisend and Mailchimp. It is aimed at brands, agencies and freelancers who want a recognised certification.
The full certification is the flagship product. Smaller entry products include The eCom Retention Vault and its Premium upgrade, Retention OS, along with The AI Retention Operating System. There is also a free eCom Email Certified Community.
