What is Investors Circle?
Membership is built around live Zoom classes, with the store listing more than 20 each month for help on specific deals, underwriting and analysis. Recordings are kept in two archives: one of Jason's sessions on buying rentals, Section 8 and wholesaling, and one where Johnny focuses on the wholesaling side. Two structured courses sit beside them. The Real Estate & Section 8 Course deals with passing inspections, maximizing cash flow and low-entry deals, while the Deep Dive & Leverage Course runs to more than 100 videos on deal analysis, comping, scaling and leverage.
Every membership also includes REIBOX, software the store says was made by investors to simplify buying and scaling. It holds analyzed property data, crime insights, calculators, a property evaluator, buyer criteria, rehab tools and essential documents, and it lets wholesalers reach buyers whose location and buy box fit a deal. Who runs Investors Circle
Jason founded Investors Circle and created REIBOX. How the two Investors Circle tiers differ
Both tiers are recurring Whop memberships that renew every 30 days, and both carry the same classes, Zoom archives, course library, Discord and announcements channel, where changes to the community, software and class schedule are posted. The only difference is which version of REIBOX comes with the plan. The team explains that cancelling is done from the subscription section of the member's Whop account.
