What is Impact Team?
The free program centers on a four-week training plan for writing a personal sales script, backed by recordings of real sales calls that show the script in use. Weekly group coaching calls help members adapt it to their own personality and industry, and the Discord gives space to roleplay calls, practice and network. Once a member's skills are strong enough, the team offers placement into sales roles through its Offer Placement area.
The founders describe Impact Team as a movement to make sales education free, and say in the store FAQ that they built it as an answer to costly group programs rather than as a lead-in to one. Andres Contreras opened the Whop store in May 2025 and posts on Instagram and YouTube.
